Plant Vocabulary - Study These Words

These are the vocabulary words that will be tested on your plant unit test on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
Across
Often, the forgotten plant part, because it is underground and not seen. These parts of the plant are important because they help to hold the plant up and bring in food and water.
The female part of the flower. It is the innermost part of the flower and is composed of three parts.

The moving of the pollen from the anther to the stigma. Bees, butterflies and wasps can assist with this fertilization process.
