Round and regular. Size is determined by a balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic chains of the autonomic nervous system. Stimulation will dilate or constrict. Patient's with pinpoint pupils many have too many opioids on board.
The perception of two images of a single object. Double vision.
A decreased power of accommodation associated with aging.
