Across
Everyone in society shares and contributes to labor, creativity, tools and resources. What you contribute determines how much you get.
Citizens elect individuals to make laws. If law makers don't make citizens happy, citizens vote them out next election.
Citizens vote to elect people (representatives) to make decisions for them.
Citizens vote on ALL issues

Rule by the few. Can happen in any system of government. A few people learn how to beat the system and keep taking advantage because they know how/can.

System where the government owns everything. Central planners decide what people will get/where they work/what they do. Government divides the resources based on need.
