An object’s distance and direction from a reference point. Position always includes a distance, a direction and a reference point .
Energy stored in an object due to its position or through chemical bonds. There are 3 types.

Energy due to motion – all moving objects have kinetic energy.
The distance an object moves in a unit of time (an hour, a minute, second).
When an object moves the same distance over a equal segments (amounts) of time.

Any push or pull that gives an object energy.
The process of changing position.
Opposite forces that are equal in size and they do not change the speed or direction of an object. There is force, just no change in motion (speed or direction).
Forces that are not equal in size and opposite in direction.
When the distance an object moves increases or decreases over a given amount of time.
A starting point or object you choose to help describe the location, or position of an object.
Total distance traveled divided by total time it took to get there. Average speed= total distance/total time.
